What people get wrong on this section
Count doors, not readers
A door with a reader on each side is still one door licence. This is the single most over-ordered line on a Verkada renewal, and it is worth checking before you send it.
Credentials come in twenties
Mobile credentials are sold in blocks of twenty users. Twenty-one people needs two licences; nineteen needs one.
The Access Station Pro is its own part
The AF64 does not take a standard door licence. We have not been able to verify a current list price for it, so it is priced on application rather than guessed at.

About access control licences
Do we need a licence for a door we have taken out of use?
No. If the door has been decommissioned, tell us and we will drop it from the renewal. Doors that are still in Command but no longer in use are the easiest money you will save.
Can we renew the doors but not the cameras?
You can, but Verkada licences co-term to a single date across your organisation, so the dates will need aligning. We work that out and show you before you commit.
