Why renew through us

There are three ways to renew a Verkada licence in the UK: through Verkada’s own sales team, through an American catalogue in dollars, or through a UK partner. Here is the honest case for the third, including where it is weakest.

We are not instant

An American catalogue will let you check out in ninety seconds. We take up to one working day to come back with a confirmed price. If what you want is speed above accuracy, we are the wrong choice and we would rather say so.

We cannot always be the one who places it

Verkada operates deal registration. If the original purchase is registered to another partner, that can affect who is able to place your renewal. We check this early and tell you straight away rather than discovering it after you have spent time with us.

We will not undercut on a website

Our agreement with Verkada lets us advertise list and agree a price with you privately. So we cannot publish a discount, and anyone who does is doing something they should not. If price is the whole decision, ask us for a number rather than comparing banners.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we have to have bought from you originally?
No, and most people here did not. They bought through another reseller, or inherited the system with a building. The only thing we check is deal registration, and we do that early.
Will you try to sell us something else?
We will tell you if we think the renewal is the wrong answer — for example if you are renewing licences on cameras that no longer exist. That is a conversation that usually reduces the invoice rather than growing it.
What if we want to leave Verkada?
Then take a one-year licence rather than a five, make the decision properly, and do not let anybody talk you into a decade of licences to save a few per cent. We would rather keep the relationship than win the order.
Are you Verkada?
