The gateway and its data plan are separate
A cellular gateway licence does not include the mobile data. That is its own part number, priced separately — and it is sold in one, three and five-year terms only, so it will not always co-term with the gateway beside it.

How do we know if we have a data plan to renew?
If your cellular gateway is passing traffic, something is paying for it. Send us the organisation name and we will check what is on the account before quoting.
