Monitored sites want the standard tier
The professional monitoring contract is separate from the licence, but the licence tier has to support it. Tell us if you are monitored and we will check.
Horn speakers are for talk-down
One licence per BZ11. Worth being clear about what they are for: an operator speaking to a live scene through Command, not general announcements across a building.

About alarms licences
Our alarm is the older UK system. Can we still renew it?
Yes. Verkada Classic Alarms went end-of-sale on 1 August 2026 with support to 1 August 2027, and existing licences still renew. What we cannot yet tell you is the UK upgrade path, because Verkada has not published one. We will say so rather than guess.
Is the monitoring included?
No. Professional monitoring is a separate contract from the software licence. We can quote both, but they are two different things and we will not blur them.
