Nothing on this website is an offer to sell
Every price shown on this website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Adding licences to a basket, generating a renewal schedule and submitting it for confirmation does not create a contract, does not reserve stock, and does not oblige SEGcore to supply anything at the price shown.
A contract is formed only when you accept a written quotation issued by SEGcore and we confirm that acceptance. No payment is taken through this website at any point.
The prices, and where they come from
Verkada Inc. publishes its list prices in US dollars. It does not publish a list price in pounds sterling, including on its own United Kingdom pricing page. Every pound figure on this website is therefore a conversion carried out by SEGcore from Verkada’s published US dollar list price.
That conversion uses a fixed exchange rate of $1 = £0.7362, set on 28 August 2026, with no margin added, rounded to the nearest pound. The rate and the date it was set are printed at the foot of every page. The rate is reviewed monthly and may be reset sooner if exchange rates move materially.
The underlying US dollar list prices are those in effect from 5 June 2026 and were last verified against source on 2 September 2026. All prices exclude VAT, which is applied at the prevailing rate on invoice.
Where a pound figure is shown, the US dollar list price it derives from is shown alongside it so that the arithmetic can be checked.
Prices are indicative, and here is precisely why
Three things can cause your quoted price to differ from the figure shown on this website.
Co-terming. Verkada licences co-term to a single expiry date across a Command organisation. A renewal or addition that does not align with your existing expiry date may be pro-rated, which changes the amount payable.
Verification. The quantities and licence types shown in your renewal schedule are those you entered. We check them against your actual deployment before quoting, and they may differ.
Negotiated pricing. The prices published here are list prices. The price actually agreed between SEGcore and a customer is a matter for that quotation.
Availability and part numbers
Licence part numbers, terms and availability are set by Verkada Inc. and may change without notice to us. Where we cannot verify a current list price for a part number, this website says “price on application” rather than showing an estimate.
SEGcore will confirm the applicable part numbers in writing before any order is placed. Where a part number shown here has been withdrawn or superseded, we will tell you what replaces it.
Quotations
A written quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Unless stated otherwise on the quotation itself, quotations exclude VAT, and are subject to the exchange rate and Verkada list price in effect at the date of the quotation.
Licences are supplied for the customer’s own internal use and may not be resold or sub-licensed.
Delivery of licences
Licences are applied to your Verkada Command organisation. We will confirm when they have been applied and what your expiry date has moved to. Licence keys do not transfer automatically between Command organisations.
Our relationship with Verkada
SEGcore is an independent Verkada Gold Partner and reseller. This website is operated by SEGcore. It is not operated, endorsed or approved by Verkada Inc., and it is not a Verkada website. “Verkada” and the Verkada logo are trade marks of Verkada Inc.
Verkada’s own terms govern the licences themselves and the use of the Command platform. Nothing on this website varies those terms.
Governing law
These terms and any contract formed following a quotation are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
