What it is

LIC-CAM-1Y-RNW renews one camera for 1 year

This is the renewal part number, which is what you need when you already own the hardware and the licence on it is running out. It is not the same SKU as the one used when a device is first added to an organisation, although the price is the same.

The licence covers command, on the web and on the mobile app, with unlimited users; aI search across people, vehicles and motion; cloud backup of footage for the retention window on the licence; firmware and security updates for the life of the licence; verkada technical support by phone and email.

Verkada licences co-term to a single expiry date across your Command organisation, so in practice this line renews alongside everything else you hold. That is why it is worth building the whole schedule rather than pricing one part number in isolation — and why the total on this site is indicative until we have looked at your organisation.
